England Coastal Path – new public access

The Secretary of State for Defra has approved Natural England’s proposals to improve coastal access between Camber, East Sussex and Ramsgate, Kent.

All works on the ground to make the route accessible to the public have been completed and the necessary Order under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 will be passed with effect from Tuesday 19th July 2016. The maps and documentation relating to the new path and margin will be available from 19th July 2016 for viewing and downloading on website: http://tinyurl.com/ECP-South-East
