Hello all, and welcome to December,

I hope you're all getting into the Christmas spirit, I wonder if we will we get a White Christmas this year. If you know that any of your elderly neighbours are going to be alone over Christmas, please check in on them if you can.

During the Month of November, I attended a couple of primary schools about what it was like to be a Police Officer, I took their fingerprint which was presented on a nice little certificate for them to take home to their family, they all really enjoyed this. If you have any groups in your area
that you would like me to attend, please don't hesitate to ask.

I have attended the Farmers Market a couple of times in November, and it was nice seeing so many of you getting together for a nice coffee and a chat.

Over the next month, Kent Police will be taking part in the annual Drink Drive campaigned, this will involve stopping vehicles and carrying out preliminary tests at the Roadside, where anyone over the legal limit will be arrested.

Anyone planning on going out over this festive period, please decide on how to get there and back if you are planning to drink alcohol. Please do not put yourself or other road users at risk as the consequences are not worth it.

[email protected] My kind regards in advance PC 12179 Cheryl ELLIS
